What is our Privacy Policy
Oxygen Biotherapeutics, Inc., the maker of DERMACYTE® skin care products, is committed to offering our customers the finest cosmetic products available. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase from us, we will accept the unused portion of your merchandise for a refund or exchange provided it is returned within 30 days of your original order, minus the shipping and handling charges. Your original order date is on the invoice found with your shipment. Only products purchased on DermacyteUS.com may be returned to us for a refund or exchange.

If you purchased your product from another source (i.e. your doctor, a spa, a retail outlet, or aesthetician), please exchange or return your purchase directly to them.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
To return merchandise from your online order, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-699-6224, or via email customerservice@oxybiomed.com to receive a Return Label for shipping. At that time, be prepared to provide the order number, your email address, phone number and the reason for your return or exchange to the Customer Service representative. All items returned to us should be in their original condition and container, and whenever possible, include the original box as well. Please pack the contents carefully to avoid damage in transit and retain a copy of the invoice for your records. If you do not use a label provided by us, we recommend that you ship your products via UPS or registered mail to confirm we received your shipment.
NOTE: Empty containers cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We apologize if items in your order have been damaged during shipment. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, contact Customer Service immediately at 1-877-699-6248. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number to expedite service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box and packing materials.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
