This Privacy Policy covers any personal information that Oxygen Biotherapeutics, Inc. (“OBI”), obtains from you when you use or buy products from www.DermacyteUS.com (the “site”).

This Privacy Policy does not, however, cover the practices of companies that OBI does not own or control, or the actions of people that OBI does not employ or manage.

Why We Collect Personal Information
We collect personal information to receive, process, and ship your orders, to respond to your customer service needs and inquiries, and to improve DERMACYTE™ products and services.

DERMACYTE® Products and Services
When you place an order online, your information may be shared with the internet service provider, the web host, credit card and credit companies, shipping services (e.g., United Postal Service, United Parcel Service, FedEx, etc.) to transmit, process, and ship your order.

If you contact our customer service representatives with a question, our customer service representatives may need additional information from you in order to contact you with an informed response that addresses your need or inquiry.

What Personal Information is Collected
Depending on how you use the services associated with the site, we may ask you to share certain personal information with us. Whether you provide OBI such information is completely voluntary, but if you do not share the required information, you may not be able to use some of our services.

If you have questions regarding Dermacyte products, our customer service representatives are happy to help answer them. For instance, they may need your contact information to review your order history or to contact you with responses to your questions; they may also need to learn more about your customer needs and preferences in order to provide informed answers to your Dermacyte inquiries and help identify what Dermacyte solutions may be best for you.

Making a Purchase
When you buy a product from the site, you have to supply a billing address, phone number, shipping address, and credit card information.

How OBI Protects Your Information
Your privacy is important to us, so we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information. For example:

OBI’s Use of Web Beacons
We have included web beacons on some of our web pages. OBI uses web beacons to transfer data (such as purchase and site usage history). The analysis and research helps OBI to determine customer preferences and improve OBI's offerings. OBI may also rely upon third parties to assist with the use and implementation of the web beacons.

Definition of Web Beacon
A web beacon, sometimes called a pixel, is a graphic image or small string of code, that is included on web pages or in an email to enable the transfer of data. Web beacons can be used by companies for several purposes such as reporting web site traffic, customer preferences, advertising effectiveness, and general auditing.

Children Under 13
Our site is not designed for children and we do not wish to collect personal information from children under 13. Children may view our site, but may not make a purchase, become a registered user, or use any service that asks for personal information.

If a child is under 13 and wants to make a purchase, the child should ask a parent, guardian or authorized adult over age 18, to place the child’s desired DERMACYTE order.

If a user registers with us and we discover that the user is under 13, we will send the user a message and delete such user’s registration.

Accessing, Amending, and Identifying Your Personal Information
You will have an opportunity to amend or delete personal information required to place an order prior to placing such order.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request one Notice of Information-Sharing Disclosure per year, which identifies the parties with which OBI has shared personal information we have collected from you.
